The Delivery, Subscription, Return, and Cancellation Policies for the Golden Comfort Crate are listed below:

 

Delivery and Subscriptions

    Annual Subscription Delivery:

    • Your free Debut Box will be shipped within 1 week of your subscription order.
    • Your first seasonal Crate will be delivered the season after your initial order is placed. 
    • Our seasonal box delivery schedule is March, July, September, and December.

      Annual Subscription Renewal:

      • Annual subscriptions renew each year on the date of your initial purchase. you will get an email reminder 2 weeks prior to your renewal date. You must opt out prior to your billing date if you wish to cancel your subscription.   

      Seasonal Subscription Delivery:

      • Your first box will be delivered the season after your initial order is placed. 
      • Our seasonal box delivery schedule is March, July, September, and December.

        Seasonal Subscription Renewal:

        • Seasonal subscriptions renew on the 15th of the month prior to the new season month. For example, for the March Spring Season, you will be charged on February 15th. You must opt out prior to your billing date if you wish to cancel your subscription.   

         

        Returns and Cancellation

        Returns:

        • We do not offer returns as each box is custom made for your senior.
        • If your product has been damaged during shipment, please contact us via email at support@goldencomfortcrate.com and we will work with you to address any issues.

        Cancellation:

        • If you are not completely satisfied with Golden Comfort, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your Seasonal subscription payments at any time.
        • In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel by contacting us prior to your renewal date. See our FAQ page for our billing schedule.
        • Email support@goldencomfortcrate.com to cancel.
        • We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped - sorry.
